The more than 100-year-old building was rebuilt in the late 1990s and has been very well restored, faithfully reproducing the decoration, atmosphere and characteristics of the houses of the time when it was built, with very careful integration of the necessary equipment and construction solutions with all the comforts of contemporary life. The way everything is laid out reveals the owners' fine sensitivity, good taste and in-depth knowledge of aspects of anthropology, ethnography and agricultural-industrial archaeology linked to the rural world.
The building is notable for its attention to detail and the careful preservation of constructive elements, using materials collected and reused from other ruined buildings and elsewhere, stonework, solid brick, stones and pebbles, sections of wood, stone thresholds, etc... historical and architectural heritage.
